Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions with particular focus on aspects of recruitment & selection, graduate trainee programme, performance management, employee relations and training.

• Assist in developing and enhancing HR policies and procedures.

• Carry out ad hoc projects.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent;

• 6 years' relevant experience in sizable company and with TV experience preferred;

• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations;

• Connections with Hong Kong and mainland China tertiary institutions for arranging graduate trainee programme would be an asset;

• Strong computer literacy in MS applications & Chinese Word Processing, hands on experience in HRIS is a MUST;

• Mature, positive thinking, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skill;

• Strong sense of responsibility & commitment and able to work independently and under pressure;

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST.
