Job Description

Our client is a well-established trading and manufacturer located in Hong Kong with factories in China. They are a boutique and reputable supplier with a personal approach – one that is focused on service with creativity and inspiration in mind. From designer fashion to luxurious homeware and everything in between, customers are offered the best in service, quality and products. An outstanding opportunity has arisen out of their HK Office for a seasoned Human Resources Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Work closely with management teams to develop and implement localization and succession plans that are appropriate for the business.
  • Responsible for the communication of corporate information and policies to all levels of employees across the organization.
  • Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
  • Responsible for HR project implementation, including requirement analysis, solution design, documentation, system configuration, testing, and user training
  • Write up recruitment strategy to define a holistic strategy for the company.
  • Communicate with different internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide HR reporting support including research, analysis of business requests, problem solving, issue tracking, and resolution.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines; with at least 7 years of experience in all rounded human resources gained from manufacturing, retail, start up firm or FMCG industry. Generalists candidates preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese & English language
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen leadership and management skill
