Job Description

Personal Assistant to Founder CEO

Our client is a well-established trading and manufacturer located in Hong Kong with factories in China. They are a boutique and reputable supplier with a personal approach – one that is focused on service with creativity and inspiration in mind. From designer fashion to luxurious homeware and everything in between, customers are offered the best in service, quality and products.

An outstanding opportunity has arisen out of their HK Office for a seasoned Personal Assistant to support the Founder CEO.


Responsibilities

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative supports to the Founder CEO including arranging meetings, appointments and maintaining complex diaries. 
  • Assist in coordination on travel arrangements and hotel reservations, organising conference calls both locally and internationally.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating difference types of conferences and marketing events.
  • Prepare various statistical reports, presentation materials, correspondences, expense reimbursement as required.
  • Provide logistics coordination support on corporate events and office facilities management where necessary.

Requirements

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years working experiences in supporting senior management gained from investment banks or financial institutions.
  • Possess high sense of integrity, able to work independently, good attention to details and punctuality.
  • Strong team player. Presentable, self-starter, pleasant personality and able to work independently;
  • Flexible, helpful and willing to accept responsibility.
  • Good at using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and languages skills – English & Chinese.
