Job Descriptions: 

• Provide full secretarial and assistance to CEO independently
• Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs, schedules all appointments and other commitments
• Prepare presentations, proofreading and all key paper work for meetings with both internal and external partners
• Coordinating and liaising with different internal departments and/or external business corporations
• Prepare travel arrangements and expenses
• Assist in household management and monitor the schedules of personal drivers as required
• Business travel required

Requirements: 

• University graduate preferable study aboard
• Minimum 2 years of Assistant or Secretary to senior director / chairman experience is highly preferred
• Responsible, well organized and detail minded; with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, fluent in speaking Japanese will be an advantage
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Fresh graduates will be considered
