Job Description:

• Responsible for all incoming calls and general inquiries
• Liaise conference room booking, set up and preparation
• General administration duties as assigned
• Organize staff events
• Any ad hoc projects are required

 Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above 
• Self-motivated, positive work attitude and pleasant personality
• Responsible, polite, hardworking, punctuality 
• Proficient in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good telephone manner
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
