工作職責：

• 處理總監的日常行政、秘書工作，包括客戶文件資料，接聽電話，回復電郵
• 協助總監進行團隊管理工作，包括組織團隊活動，統計業績數據

入職要求：

• 中五學歷
• 做事細心，有責任感，良好的溝通能力，可以獨立完成工作
• 具相關工作經驗者優先（無工作經驗之應屆畢業生亦會考慮、新移民亦可）
• 良好普通話、粵語、英語
• 具備基本的電腦技巧，MS Office及中英文打字

我們提供：

• 10天有薪年假
• 一週五天工作制，長短週半天
• 每月13000-15000HKD人工

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in all matters including personal matters and business correspondence
• Handle correspondence telephone calls & emails.
• Provide office administration duties and filing system management.
• Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of internal staff and outside individuals.

Requirements:                                                                 

• F.5 or above
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Mature, detail-minded, initiative, well-organized and pleasant personality with strong sense of responsibility
• Good Communication skills in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
