Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation in the reception area including greeting guests, general reception and administrative duties
• Handling documentation, phone calls, courier arrangement and mail services
• Perform all rounded duties in various admin duties for Hong Kong office including Fixed Asset Management, Procurement and Payment, Office Service Contract and Business license Management and Flight and Hotel booking arrangement
• Assist in HR routine tasks including Update, control and review staff record in HR database and filing system and interview arrangement etc
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5/ DSE or above and at least 2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and Chinese word processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Mature, Self-motivated, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
• Experienced in Shipping industry and Immediate available is preferred
