Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all-round HR functions including HC planning, talent acquisition,performance management, learning and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits in HK office;
• Support the continued development of the HR framework, providing proactive, high-level advisory and support to the business teams;
• Oversee day to day activities to ensure smooth operations of Admin & HR department;  
• Backup support on the Administration function if required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience gained from sizable organizations, preferably in PRC environment;
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations, such as Compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, training, and employee relations, etc;
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and can work under pressure to meet deadlines;
