Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Handling general clerical and office administrative work
  • Data input and verification
  • Maintain a sound filing system of business documents and correspondence
  • Continual liaisons with Insured, Insurers &/or brokers for case follow-up
  • Undertake other duties if request

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Fluent Cantonese and good command of English
  • Proficient in PC skills , particularly on Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing. 
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and detail-minded
  • Well-organized, efficient and systematic
  • Good time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Attentions to details, independent, reliable, flexible and integrity
  • Relevant working experience is preferable, but not a must
