Our Client, a multinational bank, is looking for a HR manager to join their C&B team.

As a HR manager, you will be responsible for:

• • Manage full employee life cycle including on-boarding, orientation, compensation & benefits, employee relations, off-boarding and HR admin works.
  • Work closely with Recruiters and Line Managers to ensure the best Candidate Experience and Hiring qualities.
  • Prepare employment related documents for new hires and manage employee P-files.
  • Support on payroll generation and other C&B works, manage payroll vendor performance.
  • Drive the overall people strategy in Asia Pacific to deliver improvement in HR support and employee relations.
  • Be responsible for Performance Management including new hire probation, quarterly and annually appraisal management and performance improvement plan etc.
  • Conduct employee data analysis in order to address out the risks and improvement plan.
  • Work with Line Department and global HR leader on manpower planning and other HR plans.
  • Support on regional or global HR projects, such as Succession Planning, Performance Management, Training & Development.

As a successful applicant, you will have:

• • Bachelor's degree or above in HR or other relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a HR generalist; practical expertise in HR all areas.
  • Holder of Employment Ordinance Certificate.
  • Solid experience in Payroll and C&B works.
