Responsibilities:

• Participate in formulating and implementing the training and development plans in order to support the business development;
• Practical experience in training needs identification and training delivery in programs like orientation, customer service related course and supervisory training to front-line staff;
• With experience in handling young talents program such as management trainee program
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs;
• Develop and manage e-learning platform;
• Maintain and update training materials and aids continuously;
• Assist in other HR duties and ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources, Training & Development or related discipline;
• 5 years solid experience or above in training development in sizable company;
• Hands-on program design experience in service training with strong business acumen;
• Hands-on project management, training facilitation and debriefing skills;
• Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player;
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;
• Holder of certificate of DISC, Personality Dimensions, MBTI, NLP, etc is a plus;
• Interests and knowledge in multi-media like graphic design, video shooting and editing will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Training Specialist
