Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to team for all training activities, like training enrollment, evaluation report, training record summary, expenses report;
• Assist in training class and to conduct assigned training class like orientation as required;
• Assist in e-learning system and other training projects as required;
• Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. With relevant work experience will be an advantage
• Interests and knowledge in multi-media like video shooting and editing will be an advantage;
• Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel,Outlook
• Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills
• Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
• Immediately available will be an advantage
