Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director, including both personal and business matters
• Co-ordinate all aspects of travel plan and arrangement
• Managing the calendar and arrange daily appointments
• Handle business correspondence e.g. prepare memo, translation, meeting materials etc
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above in education
• 5 years or above secretarial working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS-Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Pro-active, good communication skills, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Mature character with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
