Responsibilities:

• Provide admin and secretarial supports to the investment team;
• Assist to manage calendar, travel, meeting and appointment schedule;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experiences;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Self-driven, efficient, energetic with positive mindset and committed attitude;
• Work independently and a good team player.
