Job Duties :

• To handle the receipt and dispatch of mails, files and documents
• To maintain filing system for office records and exercise proper control of stores and office equipment
• To perform general clerical duties such as word processing and invoice handling 
• To handle ad-hoc assignments including delivery of documents when necessary
• Successful candidates will be on secondment to the Hong Kong Housing Authority on contract basis.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Level 2 in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the HKDSEE; OR 
• Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects includingChinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the HKCEE
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is preferred

Fresh graduates will be considered. 

Working Location : Lok Fu / Kwun Tong

Salary : $14,000
