Job Description
Our client, a Japanese Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as
Japanese Speaking Assistant HR Manager/ Manager.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for all rounded HR duties including payroll calculation, handling visa application, maintain staff record and data using HR system.
- Administration duties such as overseeing office supplies maintenance, office repairs and maintenance works, office renovation and lease renewal for office premises.
- Lead a small team
Requirements:
- 5 years hands on experience in all around HR & Admin including superior experience
- Diploma or above in Human resources / Business administration
- Experience handle ISO 9001 audit is advantage.
- Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N2);Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese
- Immediately Available or short notice
