We are currently looking for an Associate Consultant to join the Banking and Financial Services Team.  If you are passionate in recruitment and desire a rewarding career, we would like to speak to you.

What you will do:

• Partner with Senior Consultants on various recruitment projects
• Focus on candidate sourcing, posting job ads, screen and interview candidates
• Conduct market mapping, gather and collect market information
• Build and maintain a good relationship with clients and candidates

What we need from you:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Previous recruitment / consulting experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ambitious, independent, target-oriented and able to cope with tense situation
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Consultant
