Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to top management
- Manage schedules, appointments and meetings, travel arrangements
- Handle business correspondence, agenda, memo, presentation and reports
- Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
- Coordinate with internal & external parties

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5yrs solid secretarial experience for top management, exp. in finance institutions is an advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written Japanese, English and Chinese
- Presentable, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well organized
