Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Financial Management Department.
- Arrange and coordinate travel schedules, business meeting and appointments
- Translate corporate documents.
- Maintain good network and liaise with internal and external parties on business issues.
- Handle and manage confidential correspondences and assignments independently.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- At least 10 years solid secretarial experiences in supporting senior management and finance team.
- Listed company working experience an asset, translation experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Mature, independent, reliable, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Immediate available is preferred
