Key Responsibilities：

l  Collecting documents from clients within tight deadline

l  Handling documents and evidences to complete immigration application

l  Analyzing documents in a logical way

l  Coordinating with different parties, like lawyers, translating companies to make 
sure document integrity

l  Supporting team members and deliver high quality customer service

l  Analyzing clients' background, eligibility and provide professional advice to clients in local or oversea face to face meetings.

l  Communicating with immigration departments and various institutions for clients’ immigration applications

Requirements:

l  Tertiary Education

l  Good in Chinese and English; Fluent in Mandarin is a must

l  1+ years working experience; work experience in immigration service is preferred

l  Ability and sense to provide accurate immigration advice 


l  Exceptional communication skills 


l  Strong attention to details, responsible and hardworking 


l  Ability to balance priorities, meet deadlines and good time management 


l  Strong in Microsoft Office

l  Good in team work

l  Willing to travel oversea, including PRC and other countries
