Job Description

An architect firm located in Quarry Bay is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position:

*Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline

- 4-5 years experience in project administration

- Hands on experience in all aspects of the tender submission process

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing

- Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese

*Responsibilities:

- Assist with the drafting all required documents for tender submission

- Documents including tender submission forms, fee proposal, company information and project references

- Provide administrative support to project operation and office operation teams

- Salary: 22-23K

- Benefit: 5 days work, 12 months salary+bonus, bank holiday, 15 days annual leave, medical (including dental) & MPF
