Responsibilities:

• To assist the project team in compiling all daily operation documents / reports, e.g. defects reports, and workers’ attendance sheets, etc.;

• To coordinate with both internal and external parties for daily operations in order to ensure the estate maintenance works running properly;

• To handle materials order and follow up the delivery arrangement;

• To handle logistics of materials from point to point including workshop and sites;

• To work closely with different sectors to ensure materials supply on track;

• To handle the inventory control and reports;

• Ad-hoc duties whenever required.

Requirements:

• HKDSE / HKALE or equivalent;

• Certificate in Building Services Engineering related discipline is in advantage;

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience;

• Good in PC applications including MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;

• Detail-oriented, well organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

• Immediate available is in advantage;

• Less experience will be considerate as Technical Clerk
