Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive day to day C&B functions including payroll computation, tax reporting, medical and leave administration, staff movement and other C&B related matters
• Assist in reviewing, establishing and implementing various C&B policies
• Consolidate data and information in preparing C&B related reports for management review
• Participate in the annual compensation review process such as salary review and bonus exercise
• Perform HR ad hoc assignment when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 4 years’ hands-on payroll experience in sizable organization, with exposure in manufacturing or retail Industry is a definite advantage
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related legislations
• Self initiative, detail-minded, good numeric sense and able to work independently in a fast pace and dynamic operational environment
• Be flexible to work overtime and able to meet deadline
• Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available or short notice will be priority
