Responsibilities

• Assist in various corporate development / restructuring and other compliance projects;
• Handle vendors’ contracts / agreements and policies review and edit;

• Provide all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Learning & Development and Staff Relations amongst other key HR duties as required;
• Responsible for updating, review and execute HR and Admin policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks to make sure in compliance to the Hong Kong regulations;
• Maintain staff record and HR filing system;
• Responsible for general office administration, including maintenance, procurement of office suppliers and other administrative or support functions required;
• Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operation in a cost-effective manner;

• Organize the company / staff events such as Christmas party and Annual dinner;
• Take up ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 3 years working experience or related disciplines;
• Familiar with in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation;
• Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently;
• Excellent in written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior HR & Administration Executive
