Job Duties:

• Assist in developing and managing public and in-company training programmes, as well as delivering consultancy services related to learning & development
• Provide marketing, administrative and event support for pubic training programme, seminars and events
• Assist in conducting programme analysis to identify service opportunities
• Assist in identifying and working with training partners to co-organize and promote public training programmes
• Carry out survey and market study in learning and development areas
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for programme administration, maintain contact with clients and assist in identifying new client segments
• Provide support to adhoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as business management, social sciences and human resources or equivalent
• Relevant experience in public training programme management or learning & development consultancy preferred
• Experience in developing and leading public training programmes for industry practitioners a plus
• Collaboration with industry associations and professional bodies an advantage
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical, problem solving and project execution skills
• Well organized, proactive, outgoing, enthusiastic and result-oriented
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
