Job Description
Customer Service Representative
- Permanent full-time position
- Working hour Monday to Friday 9:00 ~18:00
- Double pay
- Annual leaves, Bank holidays
- Medical & dental benefits
The Customer Service Representative will focus on the following main areas:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and emails
- Provide customer services and clerical support
- Process orders, forms, and requests
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Successful applicants must have:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or above
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
