Responsibilities

• Assist in senior management’s personal & family affairs including appointment management, personal purchase and payment, etc.
• Co-ordinate all aspects of the travel plan and arrangement, including ticketing, accommodation as well as expense reimbursement
• Prioritize work plans and manage day-to-day activities including email, calendar, appointments, meetings and phone calls
• Provide full range of professional and high quality administrative and secretarial support on business development
• Execute the central filing system to ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondence record are put in place and easy for retrieval
• Prepare correspondence and minutes for meeting, internal reports and presentation materials

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
• minimum 5 years of solid working experience in large corporations as personal assistant to senior management
• Pleasant & energetic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, flexible, passionate and good at problem solving
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Have good business acumen, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Immediate available is highly preferred
