Responsibilities:

• Perform secretarial and administrative support;
• Attend meetings and take notes;
• Assist on providing simple translation and interpretation;
• Support company secretarial tasks;
• Assist in design and develop content of the Group website, social media, etc.;
• Handle the expense claim for the team;
• Assist in other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior; and
• Perform outdoor duties when necessary.

Requirements:

• Students or graduates who have studied Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Translation, Linguistic or related studies preferred;
• Proficiency in MS applications;
• Creative, self-motivated, willing to learn, attending to details and hardworking;
• Candidates who speak fluent Mandarin and English is highly appreciated; and
• Full time is preferred, for part-time basis, candidates is required to work with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
