Job Description
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Director, the incumbent will act as the business partners to provide full range of HR services to the Hong Kong operations and be the key member to support various HR initiatives in the H&H operations across various Asia markets
Major Job Responsibilities
- Assess the organizational and HR needs and formulate People Growth strategies to support the business unit and broader group strategies
- Work closely with business team to provide consultative advices to drive organizational effectiveness
- Deliver high quality full spectrum of HR services to the operation which include talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee engagement
- Build efficient HR infrastructure which includes the HRIS, HR policies/ procedures and ensure their compliance to relevant legal and group requirement
- Plan and drive employee training and development activities to build up strong talent pool
- Build up and maintain positive and effective working environment in the organization
- Involve and assist to drive various HR initiatives across different operations in the group
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Management, preferably with major in Human Resources Management
- With 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably from FMCG industry
- Has proven track record in making a difference in an organization in terms of culture/talent/capabilities besides being an execution agent
- Well versed with Employment Ordinances and other employment related legislation in Hong Kong is a must
- With exposure in other Asia markets’ HR and employment related practice/ legislation is an advantage but not a must
- With solid experience and interest to build up HR infrastructure from scratch
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Occasional travel with Asia is required
- Immediately Available is Highly Preferred
- Candidate with less experience may consider as Assistant Human Resources Manager
