The regional head office in Hong Kong is now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the following position:

 

 

Administration and Communication Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Beijing headquarters and global network firms on daily operations;
  • Monitor the website and social media’s day-to-day operations;
  • Provide assistance on the corporate communications materials including corporate news, newsletter, PowerPoint presentations and other marketing collateral;
  • Handle regular reporting requirements within the network;
  • Provide event organization support including pre-event preparation and on-site support;
  • Handle other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects;

Requirements

  • Degree holder in translation, English, communication, corporate management, public relations or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing and communications is an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must;
  • Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English essential;
  • Team player with good analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, detail-minded and self-motivated with good multi-tasking ability;
  • Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel. Knowledge in Adobe Indesign is a plus;
  • Enjoy communicating with people from all over the world with different cultures;
  • Able to meet deadline and work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Less experience or fresh graduates may be considered
