Responsibilities :

• Support full spectrum of human resources duties (e.g. recruitment, insurance, leave record, attendance, working visas, company's events, etc.)
• Review and implement HR related policies, procedures and initiatives
• Liaise with the business lines to deliver effective HR advices and solutions
• Oversee the general administration functions
• Oversee office facilities and liaise with building management to ensure proper productivity, safety, comfort and professionalism
• Assist the Managing Director with secretarial support
• Assist ad-hoc projects when required

     Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of solid experience in HR and administration management
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment law and related regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediately available would be an advantage
