Job Duties

• Provide clerical and administration support to the division
• Manage file indexing and handle documentation works
• Prepare internal document as request
• Co-ordinate with other internal divisions
• Liaise with vendor to ensure the smoothness of operations, and follow up all aspects of projects
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Sound skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Computer components is highly preferable
• Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure
• Good personality and communication skill
• Good command of English
