崗位職責：

1、負責公司本部人力資源部員工管理處的日常事務工作；

2、能協助進行人力資源管理範疇全部工作，包括招聘、員工關係管理、培訓、績效評估、薪酬福利及其他人力資源管理工作；

3、整理人力資源管理基礎資料，起草有關報告；

4、協助推進各項人力資源管理工作，跟進落實相關政策；

5、完成部門交辦的其他工作任務。

任職資格：

1、本科及以上學歷，人力資源管理專業；

2、有3到5年具規模公司工作經驗，熟悉人力資源管理全過程；

3、熟悉香港人力資源管理的條例、規定和制度；

4、有高度責任感，執行能力強，善於溝通協調，能用普通話、英文流利交流；

5、熟練使用各類辦公軟體，有一定中文公文寫作能力；

6、能夠承受工作壓力，可出差。

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling daily affairs of Staff Management.
• Assist in handling full spectrum of Human Resources duties, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance appraisal, C&B, payroll & MPF, and other HR administrative tasks
• Prepare HR reports on regular basis
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as required.

 Job Requirements: 

• University degree or above, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

• Min 3-5 years' solid experience in full spectrum of HR function in sizable organization 

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations / ordinances.
• Self-motivated and able to perform multi-tasks, good interpersonal & communication skills with internal and external parties, good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word & Powerpoint, command of formal writings mainly in Chinese.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and willing to go business trips as assigned.
