Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support, such as writing minutes, letters & reports and systematic filing for the department.
  • Answer telephone enquires and perform daily routine administration tasks.
  • Occasionally working in weekends and public holidays is required if necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or above (with secretarial training is much preferable).
  • At least two year’s work experience.
  • Experience in property management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English language
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing e.g. 速成or倉頡.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of people.
  • Meticulous, patient and can work under pressure.
