Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide a broad range of HR services including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee development and employee relations
- Assist in C&B projects such as monthly payroll process, salary & bonus review, salary benchmark and to monitor the incentive programs and benefits schemes
- To provide advice and consultative support to ensure adequate staffing level, proper succession planning, effective performance management schemes for long term business development.
- Review and implementation of Staff Handbook, HR guidelines and operation manuals, so as to ensure the HR policies and procedures are in compliance with the relevant ordinances
- Prepare reports, conduct analysis on budgeting and improving operations.
- Work closely and leverage internal teams effectively.
- Perform as a project manager in executing numerous human resources projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Human Resources Management or other business-related subjects
- 5-8 years or above solid experience in Human Resources, of which 2-3 years at managerial level
- Experience in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Well-versed with Employment and related Ordinances
- Good presentation, writing and communications skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese
- Competent in MS Office (Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
- Immediate available is preferred
