Job Responsibilities:

• To provide full spectrum professional secretarial support to Director & Project Manager
• To assist the Director & Project Manager in the management, coordination and follow up with various departments, offices, suppliers and other staff
• To establish and maintain files and records
• To support ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Matriculated with formal secretarial training
• Detail-minded, independent, well organized and prepare to work under pressure
• Mature with pleasant personality
• Strong PC skills, well versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin prefers
