Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration and logistics of events and programs
• Regularly review and monitor the events/programs to achieve stated objectives
• Review and update reports, documents, budgets and schedules, etc
• Provide on-site support for events when necessary
• Other administrative support / ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• University Graduate
• 3+ years of project/event working experience
• Independent and energetic, with a can-do attitude
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Immediate starters preferrable
