Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Handle HR functions including payroll, MFP, annual taxation, Employment Compensation & Benefit
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Assist with jewelry exhibitions
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in jewelry, or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Experience in HR; Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & relevant labour legislation is preferred
- Good command of written English and Chinese, with proficiency in PC skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work under pressure and meet tight schedule independently and efficiently
- Hardworking, self-motivated, gritty and responsible
