Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone and online enquiries from customers
• Handle customer inquiries
• clients followup
• Collect and manage customers' feedbacks
• Provide administrative support to technical support and marketing department
• Any ad hoc assigned duties

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1 to 2 years experience in sales or telemarketing preferably in IT related sector 
• Good knowledge of internet or website service
• An outspoken, aggressive and good communication skill 
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese 
• Customer-oriented and interested in dealing with people 
• Tele marketing experience is preferred
• Candidates with less experience & qualification will also be considered.
