Responsibilities: 

• Perform full spectrum of general office administrative duties including office supplies and equipment, vehicles and facilities repair & maintenance, procurement, mail & courier, printing of stationery/business card, office renovation, etc., outdoor duties may be required;
• Leading and scheduling a team of staffs such as company drivers, Office Assistant and receptionist to perform daily operation;
• Assist in formulation of office administration procedures;
• Provide back-up support duties to reception, including answering phone calls & enquiries, greeting & serving visitors;
• Participate in all-round and daily HR operations;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements: 

• Tertiary educated with minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience;
• Proficient in general PC applications;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently & under pressure;
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently & under pressure;
• Holder of driving licence is preferred but not a must;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
