Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support in Warehouse Management System (WMS) order management
• Perform clerical duties for the logistics team including data entry and system update
• Provide logistics support to the team, including but not limit to handle invoice and bank-in arrangement
• Maintain accurate and updated filing of picking, delivery records and shipment records
• Monitor the computer database
• Assist in ad hoc assignments or tasks

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• 1-2 year(s) experience, preferably in logistics / warehouse/ supply chain field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Self-motivate, reliable and independent
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• More experience will be considered as Senior Logistics Assistant
