My client, one of the top FMCG companies is looking for a highly qualified executive to be their Manager, Investor Relations based in Hong Kong:

•   Full support to the Director, Investor Relations in developing the IR strategy
•   Supports in the day-to-day IR operations, including:

1.   Prepare the quarterly results announcement materials and press releases
2.   Manage the logistics associated with quarterly conference calls
3.   Prepare other speeches and presentations to investors
4.   Responds promptly to investment community questions
5.   Sets up individual investor meetings 
6.   Attends investor conferences and investor related events 

       • Anticipates investor issues and concerns

1.    Develops & updates “Hot Topics” to support results announcements and analyst calls
2.   Monitors competitors’ results announcements and analyst research

•   Maintains contacts with traders and other market participants to gain insights into the   Company's stock valuation
•  Maintains investor contacts and relationships
•  Assists in planning of IR activities for the coming calendar year
•  Acts as the deputy to the Director, Investor Relations in his/her absence

 
Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Economics, Finance, or Business
•   A minimum of 5 years business experience in corporate finance or investment banking, including experience with Hong Kong Stock Exchange
•   Experience in M&A, capital markets (sell-side analysis, asset management), finance or strategy in Hong Kong  
•  Strong oral, written and presentation skills
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Absolute integrity in dealing with confidential and stock price sensitive information
•  The ability to think and act independently. A self-starter
•  Highly developed influencing skills
•  Comfort and experience in working in different cultures  
•  Fluent in English and Chinese 
•  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Investor Relations
