Responsibilities:

• Assist manager to handle daily affairs and related business follow-up matters
• Provide professional support for customer's inquiries and requests
• Handle account management 
• Prepare all the document for client meeting
• Cooperate with other department to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Active and active personality, a sense of responsibility
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good typing skills both English and Chinese
• Strong communication skills and execution , team spirit
• Be efficient and patient 
• Have working experience in finance industry will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
