Job Description
Our Client, an international bank, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Bank Teller/ Customer Service Officer in their retail banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Handling counter transaction for cash, cheque, FX and referrals
- Provide customer enquiries with high quality service
- Promote the banking products to customer and refer to suitable persons
- Manage ad-hoc tasks as required
- 1-Year Fast Promotion Program - To Operation or Sales
Requirements:
- 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese, English and Mathematics subjects or above.
- University degree with Finance, Economic or Accounting is advantage
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Detail-oriented and good communication skills
- Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
