Job Description
Our bank client is currently inviting applications for experienced and Branch trainee/ executive.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the banking procedure and regulation under the HKMA guild lines
- Handling counter transaction for cash, check, FX and referrals
- Answering customers’ enquiries with high quality servicing
- Prepare to promote Relationship Manager
Requirements:
- University degree, HKDSE, HKCEE with Customer Services experience will also considered
- Fresh Graduates are also considered
- Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
