Job Description
Life Operations Department
Responsibilities:
- Support the insurance agent for soliciting life insurance business
- Handle business enquiries including product features, operation rules and administration procedures
- Issue business memo, provide training and communication with business partners regarding operation updates
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 2 years working experience in banking or insurance field
- Pass in IIQE Paper I and III
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
