Life Operations Department

Responsibilities:

• Support the insurance agent for soliciting life insurance business
• Handle business enquiries including product features, operation rules and administration procedures
• Issue business memo, provide training and communication with business partners regarding operation updates
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 2 years working experience in banking or insurance field
• Pass in IIQE Paper I and III
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
