Responsibilities:

• Be part of the wealth management team which utilizes Fintech to improve and expand our services to high net worth and mass affluent clients;
• Proactively identify and satisfy clients’ needs and to improve sales results;
• Response clients in professional manner and on timely basis;
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients; and
• Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with relevant experience is a plus
• Working experience in wealth management or online stock brokerage services is preferred
• Solid experience in customer servicing with experiences in serving PRC clients is an advantage
• Candidate with SFC type 1 Licenses is preferred
• Detail-minded with positive working attitude
• A team player and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua is a MUST.
