• Carry out financial analysis, valuation, credit approval and documentation, as well as debt rating exercise
• Provide professional advice in regarding transactions valuation, deal structuring, financial, regulatory and business issues.
• Originate, structure and execute DCM transactions included but not limited to IPO, placements, and equity-link products in both primary and secondary market
• To help the team on capital market update, pitching, syndicate function, marketing coordination and book building.
• Collect market data and prepare regular market updates
• Analyze market data and prepare comprehensive presentation materials

 Requirement

• Degree holder in Finance / Business / Marketing or related disciplines
• 2-3 years’ working experience in DCM sector
• Solid experience in a sizeable financial institution
• Solid experience in a whole DCM project
• Possess sound financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets for HK and PRC markets
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
