Product Control Manager – Private Banking (PB-Sales and Advisory)

Responsibilities:

•          Work with respective functions to review products risk rating and support product due diligence;
•          Act as a control function on maintenance and support timely renewal of product related policies, procedures and manuals, as well as product related documents;
•          Support ongoing product monitoring and assess impact on market events (i.e. credit rating changes, price movements, credit limit);
•          Provide analytics on Asset Under Management (AUM) and individual product books;
•          Provide support on regulatory reporting matters;
•          Provide support on new initiatives & policy reviews.

Requirements:

•          Degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent;
•          6-8 years of relevant experience in Private Banking platform and products, preferably on Equities, Bonds, Foreign Exchange (FX), Funds and Structured Products;
•          Ability to provide tight and accurate support for ongoing monitoring of book exposure across product classes and control triggers;
•          Good understanding of Financial Markets and Risk Management concepts;
•          Good team player and able to work independently;
•          Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a must.
