Responsibilities:

• Perform client account opening and ensure its documentations comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements;
• Perform KYC and AML checking, input and maintain client’s information;
• Handle customers’ complaints and to provide appropriate solutions;
• Effectively identify customers’ need and feedback comment for service improvement;
• Establish good relationship with both existing and new clients;
• Ensure all activities comply with the SFC's regulations and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or business related disciplines;
• Minimum of 3-4 year’s relevant experience, preferably in financial company;
• Holder of SFC License for RA1 and RA2 would be an advantage;
• Aggressive, Proactive and strong communication skills;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua;
• Less experience will consider as Customer Service Officer.
